The Declaration

The Declaration is a beautifully written story, about a girl named Anna. Anna is surplus, a surplus is a child who must pay for their parents sins of giving birth to her, by being a domestic worker.This story is based in 2140, were children are illegal. All people must sign the declaration which states you will not have children and will take longevity(a drug to lets you live for ever) Anna is a perfect surplus who knows her place. When Peter come, her world turns upside down. Anna was thought to hate her parents, then Peter comes and tells her they love her.Anna soon learns to question the rules. Peter and Anna try to escape and look towards better future.
